Things I’m Feeling

Pop Sugar workouts

I find their workouts simple, effective and not incredibly time consuming. I look them up when I’m on the road and in need of some inspiration. If you’re a Pinterest lover, like me, you can easily find a plethora of great workouts to choose from there or visit popsugar.com

High Garden Herbal Infusions Tea

I stumbled upon this tea in Nashville a bit ago. It’s organic, no flavorings, no chemicals and they have a great assortment of herbal, caffeinated and medicinal teas to choose from. My favorites are “Lavender With Love” and “Sing.” If you happen to be a vocalist of any kind, the “Sing” tea is a lifesaver.

Ponaris Nasal Emollient

Whether you travel a lot, are sick with a cold or battle allergies, you’ll want to keep this little bottle in your arsenal. It relieves stuffy nose, post nasal drip, nasal dryness and is packed with powerful oils that truly provide relief on the spot.

OLOVE olives

I’m constantly on the lookout for healthy snacks, and these pitted olives, packed with juicy flavor are a satisfying, savory option. My absolute favorite is “Lemon Rosemary.”

Higher mind incense

I am in LovE with this sweet, eco-conscious company. They use only the highest quality ingredients, free of pesticides, additives or fertilizers.

Our whole family loves the intoxicating aroma of their incense cones. When your kids comment on them, you know they’re good. Our favorites are “Northwest” and “Grandmothter Moon”

Corvaine wine needle

Not a fan of wasting wine? Me either! The “Corvaine Wine Needle” is a must for wine lovers who only want a glass or two and don’t want to spoil the rest of the bottle by not drinking it within the next few days. It’s a bit on the pricey side, but if you add up how much wine you’ve actually thrown away, it’s worth it in the long run.

  • Cool shares!! I’ll have to check them all out. Love the workout shares. Heck yeah to Pinterest!!! I’m always on there now. I think I really need the wine thing!! I’ll have too look into that because I’m notorious for having one glass then wasting a whole bottle. 🤷🏼‍♀️
