Happy Tuesday LovEs! It hurts to stretch far beyond our understanding, beyond our current beliefs. It’s painful to expand and it takes massive courage, but i have learned that it hurts much more deeply to never allow ourselves to evolve or to ignore our need for evolution for so long that the universe has to spin us out of control and do it for us. It’s ok to step into a new you, a new version with different needs, desires, passions, beliefs, but first you will have to walk through the fire to become the new version that’s begging to emerge. You must trust yourself. You must trust the process. You must befriend the pain and allow your shell to crack open. We will circle back around through this process over and over again, if we allow it. Oh, what beauty lies ahead for those who trust and surrender.
