Dips, dips and even more dips

When you dip, I dip, we dip! Sorry, I can’t help myself. That song gets stuck in my head every time I make… well, dip. Snacking on yummy dip has become a thing in our house. It’s easy to whip up and keep in the fridge for those moments you are in need of reaching for something quick. Break out your favorite fruit or veggies and you’ve got a healthy snack with minimal fuss. I’ve complied several of our family favorites for you wonderful souls to give a whirl. And with Memorial Day just around the corner, any of these would make a delicious kickoff to any BBQ or celebration! Let me know what you think! In-Joy!

  • I want to try the Spinach Avocado dip. My “go to crackers” these days are Blue Diamond Flax Seed. They will go great with these dips.
Besides a dip, I take an avocado, split it, take out seed, teaspoon of Italian Dressing or any salad dressing, put in refrigerator to chill for at least over 30 minutes. We eat as a snack or a side with a meal.
    Thanks for this!
