Happy Global LovE Day!
For so long, LovE has been focused outside of ourselves. We look for others to LovE us, validate us, fill our holes and mend our brokenness that only we can tend to with LovE from within. As a part of our global awakening that has been taking place, we are remembering LovE is what we are created out of and what we inherently ARE! LovE is something that is accessible to every one of us at any time. It is a remembrance of our true essence, our connection to to our source, our creator. LovE is never something we can be separated from because we ARE IT. We can choose to not allow its full expression to flow through us, but we can never be separate from LovE. Our only separateness lies in our consciousness, in our forgetfulness of that which we are… pure God Light and LovE. We are infinite expressions of The One. The One in which we are all connected. I have learned that in beginning to truly LovE myself, give myself the LovE I desire from another, to LovE myself from the inside and allow that expression to flow out into the world, into The One in which we are all connected, that is one of the greatest gifts I can contribute to the consciousness of this planet. It is one of the greatest gifts we can ALL contribute. When we shift within from fear to LovE, we create a shift in the whole of humanity.
IT ALL BEGINS WITHIN! WE ALL ARE PURPOSEFUL, CREATIVE SOULS OF LIGHT. THIS WORLD IS IN NEED OF EVERYONE OF US. Show yourself the LovE you desire. You are so worth it!
Today, in the name and celebration of LovE, my wish is for us all to show ourselves some LovE and really speak on it, to see a timeline of positivity and people loving on themselves and I’m going to kick start the wave….
I am an instrument of LovE.
My heart is one of great empathy and inclusivity for all.
I am a gifted creator, storyteller and conduit of spirit, someone who connects and brings people together.
I am perfectly imperfect and always moving towards truth and growth in my life.
I am committed to loving myself in every incarnation and sinking deeper into true self acceptance and joy.

* This isn’t the easiest of things to do, at least it wasn’t for me. If you find resistance and are at a loss to find something wonderful about yourself, just sit with it and give it time. Take deep breaths into your heart and trust me, it will come.
