It’s Taco Tuesday, but of course I made this deliciousness last night…on a Monday. What can I say, I do things my own way! ☺️
These Poblano Mushroom Tacos by “Half Baked Harvest” have been the perfect switch from meat tacos and just as satisfying, if not more actually. My husband gets very excited when I tell him these are on the menu, so trust me, they are super yummy. Hope you en-joy! Let me know what you think.
